Coach Jessica
Trainer
Jessica is a CrossFit L1 Trainer, clinical nutritionist, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with an extensive background in the health and wellness industry. She received her degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Texas at Austin and has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years.
She is passionate about educating others on how to optimize their wellness by adopting healthier eating habits, lifestyle choices, and encouraging physical fitness. Jessica’s professional work experience has been focused on guiding clients on how to achieve their nutrition and fitness goals by customizing meal plans, using supplementation, when needed, to support their wellness journey, monitoring progress, and being her clients' biggest cheerleader.
When she’s not in the Box, Jessica enjoys running, competing in obstacle course races, and taking evening walks with her family. She is always up for a challenge, a life-long learner, and looks for the positive in every situation.
