CROSSFIT

A strength and conditioning program that promotes proper form and safety, designed for adults (18+), and is led by a certified CrossFit trainer.


All training movements can be modified to fit any fitness level, goals, and needs!

Class availability options:

  • 2 sessions per week
  • 3 sessions per week

Every skill level may participate

CROSSFIT KIDS

A strength and conditioning program designed for kids (5 - 9), that combines fitness and fun! With Weekly nutrition lessons included.

This class is broken into:

  • A group warm up
  • WOD
  • Wrap up with a game and class cheer

Class availability options:

  • 1 hour session 1 day a week
  • 1 hour session 2 days a week

This program is scalable to any experience level
