CROSSFIT ADULTS
A strength and conditioning program that promotes proper form and safety, designed for adults (18+), and is led by a certified CrossFit trainer.
All training movements can be modified to fit any fitness level, goals, and needs!

Sports & Performance follows the same programming as the CrossFit program, however, in a teen environment. The weights and movements are scaled accordingly for teens.
