CROSSFIT

CrossFit is the sport of fitness. The class is 1 hour in duration and is led by a certified CrossFit trainer to promote proper form and safety.  All movements during class can be modified to fit your fitness level, goals and needs! Every skill level may participate.

CROSSFIT KIDS/TEENS

CrossFit Kids (Ages 5-9) is a strength and conditioning program that combines fitness and fun! Our class is broken into a group warm up, a WOD and wrap up with a game and class cheer! Weekly nutrition lessons. The program is scalable for any experience level. Meets 2x per week, 45 Min Class Duration.

CrossFit Teens (Ages 10-16) is a strength and conditioning program for teens that include functional movements that build endurance, coordination, flexibility, agility, strength and balance. Our class time is broken into a group warm up, skill/strength, WOD and cool down. Weekly nutrition lessons. The program is scalable for any experience level. Meets 2x per week, 45 Min Class Duration.

POWER ATHLETE

Power Athletes  (Ages 13-17) is a strength and conditioning program to enhance and strengthen any sport. You do not need to participate in a sport to enroll. The Power Athlete class follows the same programming as the CrossFit program however, in a teen environment. Weights/movements can be scaled accoringly
